Our partner StPaul Capital Partners specializes in the development of business projects, allowing us to offer our clients the opportunity to participate in any of them, adapting the amount and risk to their interests and investor profile.

Student residences are an excellent business opportunity in which we are usually able to participate, achieving returns above 10% AER.

Participation in Business Projects

Investments are always made in specific projects and under clearly defined terms, using the structure of a participating loan and backed by the guarantee of participation in the ownership of the property itself and in the business being developed.

Each project is carried out with a maximum of 10–12 participants, and with contributions usually not lower than EUR 50,000, although on some occasions we may offer projects in which participation is possible with contributions of EUR 20,000.

In each case, we analyze the situation confidentially and recommend what is best for each client. Diversification is never a bad idea.
