Our partner, StPaul Capital Partners, specialises in real estate equity, which is simply investment carried out by several participants who together provide the full amount of the investment.

Over the years we have been working together, the average return achieved on investments has been above 10% in all cases.

The investment is made in a specific project, with specific data, and usually involves no more than 10 participants.

Investment in Real Estate Projects

The guarantee is absolute, since it is a real estate investment and is structured as a participating loan. This means that, if necessary, the participant would become a co-owner, in proportion to their contribution, of the property acquired for its operation. In fact, it is common for investors, or the investor if there is only one, to keep the property after a period of time.

The usual minimum investment is €50,000, although there are some projects in which participation is possible from €20,000. The aim is always to have no more than 10 to 12 participants, in order to facilitate transparency and subsequent management in all cases.
